System administrators and users are trained to carry out ongoing configuration tasks to keep the solution in synch with changing needs and business environment.
Activities such as configuring reports, dashboards, adding new users, managing access rights, altering information routing and lifecycles, changing values of drop down menus, etc. can be easily handled by internal staff without any dependence on QMSrs. |
